Associations ‘profoundly disappointed' by Senate inaction on TRIA The Senate adjourned late Tuesday without reauthorizing the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, which will now expire Dec. 31. Reauthorization had wide bipartisan support, and had overwhelmingly passed the House, but was blocked by Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Okla.).
